Shipping Policy

  • All orders received Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped by the next business day. All orders received Friday after 8 am EST through Sunday will be processed the next business day.

  • No orders will be shipped on Holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

  • Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.

  • All orders must be shipped to an address deliverable by USPS. Providing an address that is not deliverable by USPS may delay the shipment of your order.

Refund Policy

Refund and Return requests happen, we understand unique situations may arise. In order to protect ourselves and other consumers, the following process is necessary to ensure the protection of both parties.

To return a product for a refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the customer service department at 1-866-731-7319. RMA requests by email or our contact page will not be accepted.

To ensure a refund is processed for you, the RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

  • Any return request must be made within 30 Days of the original shipment date - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Due to health and safety reasons and FDA regulations, only UNOPENED bottles with all safety seals still intact, will be accepted - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Returns must be received by our return department no later than 12 days after an RMA number has been issued - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".

  • Requests made over the phone without a valid RMA number will not be considered or granted.

  • The cost of shipping for the return of the product(s) is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Should a refund request be granted, the cost of shipping for the original order will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product - NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Any returned item received that cannot be confirmed by some type of delivery confirmation system may not be eligible for a refund.
